Hi, did you work out how to do it. I'm having same problem. I'm pushing the scissor cut button on controller, but nothing. All other buttons working fine. Thnx.
@@michaelrosspearson9756 Hi yess i found out It ‘s the way you push back with your heel at the bottom of the pedal, if you do it hard it will cut, id you do it gently it only raises the pressure foot. Now i have issus with the green button that you can use for back and forth like in the video
@@Liguorienne thankyou so much, I will try that. The green button I had problem with to but sorted it. Is it sewing when you push it, without having to use the foot peddle? Instead of reversing.

@@Liguorienne yes mine is the same. I had same problem, all videos on utube were the model ending 413. I'm in town at the moment but when I get home I will find out again what switch converted that green button back to backtack. I can't remember off hand. And check out the thread cutter. What country are you please, Christchurch, New Zealand here.

I have this model and it doesn't seem to want to cut the fabric. I have sharpened and positioned the blades but it seems to chew up the fabric instead. Any tips?
